• The QUEEN VICTORIA 2 Tiara is an even more regal version of our much loved and favorite tiara, the QUEEN VICTORIA Tiara. This version of the tiara goes around the head 13.4 inches (34 CM), so it has almost a crown affect without being an actual full crown since it goes about 2/3 around the head. Absolutely GORGEOUS in person.
