Customer support was amazing and very understanding and the earrings arrived in a beautiful package and in a lovely little bag as well. Such a nice and convenient little bag perfect for keeping the earrings packed safely and great for travel. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their products. The headpiece I ordered was breathtaking and durable. Definitely made for years to come! On top of that, my piece was shipped in the most beautiful packaging with a lovely message. I did have a bit of a bridezilla moment when I was worried my piece was running late. The person who answered back responded with so much grace and patience I think other companies should take notes! I hope Eden Luxe is around when my friends and family get married. They will be the first company I recommend for beautiful jewelry and hair pieces!
